Organic Champagne
Jean d’Ercle Champagne
Origination
Our Jean d’Ercle Champagne vines are located in the Marne Valley, along the Champagne tourist route. They face due south and are cut for a moderate yield, ensuring grape production of the very highest quality.
Pedigree
All our Champagnes are kept for three years before leaving our cellars and have all been certified by Ecocert (the French equivalent of the Soil Association). Every one of our bottles contains premium Champagne made from vines which are cultivated according to organic or biodynamic farming standards and rules.

Our Champagne: the verdict
• Selected as one of the top three Champagnes by Que Choisir (the French Which? Magazine, 2007).
• Highlighted in the magazine Saveurs.
• Cited by Jean-Marc Carité in the guide Les Bonnes Adresses du Vin Biologique.
• A 'blind' taste test by a jury of the Association de Culture et Gout comprised amateur tasters and the respected professional, Eric Verdier.
The green cellar offers a selection of Cuvées Brut to choose from and here are a few notes to help you pick your preferred type:
Cuvée de Réserve Brut
Grape: Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir.
Taste: clean and pure on the nose, a palate full of fruity freshness.
Cuvée Prestige Brut
Grape: a combination of grapes from our older vines of Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
Taste: a sophisticated flavour, rich and elegant, with a flavour that lingers on the palate.
